UK Delivery

Standard Delivery – FREE on all orders
Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery – £1.99

EU Delivery – (Standard Airmail) – £8
Rest of World – (Standard Airmail) – £15

• There is up to a 5 working day dispatch time on our print products, as each item is made-to-order.
• You will receive an email on the day of dispatch to let you know your order is on it’s way

Please allow between 2-5 working days after dispatch for UK delivery. In some instances items may be delayed by Royal Mail, particularly at busy times, so please allow at least seven working days before contacting us.

Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives faulty or damaged in any way (very rare), please just send us an email with a picture of the issue to mail@inkhausprints.co.uk, and we will be happy to send out a free replacement for you – there is no need to return the faulty item to us.

Similarly, if we have sent you the wrong item by mistake – (it happens sometimes, we’re only human), just drop us an email we will arrange to have the correct item sent out. If we require the original item returning to us, we will arrange for a pre-paid returns envelope to be sent out to you.

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on orders unless they are damaged or faulty, as all of our products are printed and made to order
