Despite being a small business, customer service is extremely important to us, so aim to answer your queries within 24 working hours of you sending them. We really appreciate your custom and hope you love our products as much as we do!
Ordering
Of course! if you need any help with ordering, particularly with personalised prints and designs, or if you can’t find exactly what you are looking for – just drop us an email at mail@inkhausprints.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
If you wish to cancel an order it is important you email us as soon as possible, as once production and printing of the order has begun unfortunately we are unable to cancel from a refund.
We offer all our posters in sizes A2 to A4 – either framed or unframed. You can select your sizing and framing options on the product page and the price will update accordingly.
Frames are available in white, black and natural / wood colour.
We do currently offer our poster collections on a wholesale basis to a number of select outlets. Please get in touch for more information!
Unfortunately not… promo codes and discounts can only be used on full price items. Promo codes can also not be used in conjunction with any other promo code!
Payment
We use Stripe to handle all our payments. The Stripe site is highly secure, they use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe. You can use all major debit and credit cards.
Our website is extremely secure, we have a SSL certificate, this confirms we do not store any passwords or payment information, and all the channels we use to process payments (Stripe) are completely secure.

Unfortunately, not. We only process orders directly through our website so we can ensure all your details are kept safe and are correct.
Delivery
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. We send all orders via Royal Mail 1st class delivery, so if your order still hasn’t arrived within 5 days of receiving this confirmation, please drop us an email on mail@inkhausprints.co.uk – quoting your order number – and we will look into it for you ASAP!
Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders. We also offer 1st class delivery for £1.99. You can view our delivery charges here

All items have a dispatch time of 4-5 working days.
Standard delivery then takes 3-4 working days, and 1st class delivery should be 1-2 days.
Yes we do! Our international delivery charges start from only £8 per order.
Yes you can, simply check the “SHIP TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS” box on the checkout page and enter the new address.
Please note, however, if this is for a gift – all orders still have the invoice enclosed.
